Shipping and returns

Manufacturing

Each Lamiral piece is handmade to order in our workshop in France. Please allow three to six weeks between your order and delivery.

Delivery

Our pieces are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery is free on orders over €500, including taxes and customs duties. Below that amount, shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

Returns

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The item must be returned to us in its original condition, with its packaging. To arrange a return, write to us specifying your order number.

Customized pieces

Customized pieces, made according to your specifications, cannot be returned or exchanged.
